Steve Poole - LA Laboratory Manager. Has managed the LA Lab since 2000. Fully conversant with a wide variety of lighting related standards. Previous career background includes Technical Management, Customer Service Management, Quality Assurance Management and international approvals responsibility for an OEM Manufacturer. The LA Laboratory as well as being a UK Notified body for Lighting is also an international CB Test Laboratory and Steve sits on the Operational Staff Meeting committee expert task force 5 for Lighting. With a background in electronic engineering Steve as ensured that the LA Lab is proficient in all aspects of LED Lighting safety & performance evaluation.

Barry has 30 years experience in street lighting. He joined the former South Yorkshire County Council in 1980 and progressed to being the Group Leader of the Street Lighting and CCTV department at Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council (DMBC). In 2005 Barry left the public service to join Amey, initially as Technical Manager, but rapidly progressing to Street Lighting Director. Barry has been, and remains, very active within the lighting industry, chairing and actively contributing to several working / steering groups and influential Ofgem panels. His extensive local government / street lighting background and his knowledge, experience and progressive approach have complimented and strengthened Amey's street lighting operations and capabilities.

In 2010 Barry instigated Amey's transition to an LED solution in conjunction with a key supply chain partner for the lighting renewal on the prestigious Birmingham PFI (Private Finance Initiative) contract with close to 100,000 lit assets.

Joined TG Europe in 2004 in capacity of European sales & marketing Manager for Optoelectronics Division after 10 years experience in the European optoelectronics industry.

In 2006 joined Management Team of Lexedis Lighting, a joint venture company between TG and Zumtobel, in capacity of Sales & Marketing General Manager.

Current position European General Manager of TG Optoelectronics Division positioning TG in the nascent LED lighting market in Europe.

Annetta Kelso has worked for Philips Lighting for 24 years in a variety of roles including lighting design, lamp and luminaire Product management and Marketing management. For the past 10 years Annetta has been based in the Philips Lighting headoffice in Eindhoven, working in the OEM channel, as European Marketing Manager for light sources and drivers for the Office lighting segment.
